Dear Clients and Friends of the Firm,

We are all now grappling with an issue of enormous scale and human impact, and our hearts go out to all who have been affected by the outbreak of coronavirus (COVID-19).

At The Gartzman Law Firm, we believe it is our responsibility during this time to prioritize the health and well-being of our clients and your legal and tax team while also supporting local health officials and government leaders as they work to contain the virus.

With the input and guidance from our local Health Department and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) relating to the coronavirus (COVID-19), we are implementing certain safety measures.

We are equipped and available to do telephone conferences and of course correspond by email, fax, U.S. mail or delivery services. Please let us know if you would like to pursue any of these methods of communication and we will be happy to accommodate. Currently, our physical office is closed for any personal visits. However, you will see no disruption in your legal or tax services. Currently, we are open for business but discourage any personal visits to our office, especially if you feel any cold, cough, fever, respiratory, etc. type of sickness or have been exposed to anyone with any of that. If you need to send us documents, consider email, fax, U.S. mail, FedEx, etc., or call to discuss a drop-off.

As the situation continues to develop, there may be impacts to the judicial and tax system. If you have an upcoming hearing or deadline and have an elevated risk of transmitting the novel coronavirus, please advise us as soon as possible. The courts and government may allow us to hold hearings telephonically if necessary and this will reduce exposure, as well as allow us to continue advancing your legal needs.

Also, we have included some helpful links below to important (COVID-19) updates.

We also encourage our clients to continue to follow the Center for Disease Control (CDC) recommendations for mitigation of the coronavirus and to be aware of phishing scams offering health advice or threatening you if you do not pay your bill.

Here are some helpful resources:

Thank you for continuing to trust your legal and tax team. It is our intent to remain transparent and keep you updated.

We are privileged to represent you.

Warm Regards,

The Gartzman Law Firm Team
